Mars curves down from the State of Washington through part of Nevada, Arizona to produce hotter temps and in the dry states, to promote fire activity. Jupiter sweeps through the Rockies usually producing fair weather but dry conditions starting in August. Venus and Neptune will produce a lot of moisture for the Ohio and Mississippi valleys, ending over Florida and the Carolines. The Moon is found out in the Atlantic, producing many moisture events over the east coast.
