MAPPING THE PLANETS ACROSS THE USA
FALL 2004
FALL SEASON SOLARMAP
The graphic, based on the seasonal ingress chart, affords us the view of how the planets are plotted across the USA. The position of the Sun and the rest of the planets are spread over the USA map and tell a weather story. The planets represent temperature, moisture and wind indication. The chart and map are good only for the 3-month season, giving the overview of what to expect during the season in designated regions. Combining this map with the charts and declination as well, much of the weather is predictable.
Detailing the map, begin at the left and notice Saturn at the midheaven (brown line). Saturn is associated with low pressure weather events and the expected result will be stormy events offshore that will produce media headlines (at the midheaven-MC).
The next planet is Neptune (light blue line) found at the 4th house cusp over the Rockies. Much moisture is expected for this part of the country, snow in the higher elevations.
Venus (green line) is not far away from Neptune and she is another moisture producing planet insuring that plenty of moisture will fall this season. Be sure to include several hundred miles on either side of the lines. These snowy events travel west and will be combined with the colder temperatures in the Midwest.
Moving on to Uranus (orange line) brings very crisp temperatures to the Midwestern states. Keep in mind the range of temperatures from south to north will vary.
Next is the planet Mercury (purple line) that is in charge of the wind velocity. Mercury is also associated with cold weather indicating a cooler and windier fall season that will also be fodder for media headlines for the eastern third of the country. (see the Hurricane Report for details)
The next three planets are grouped together, Mars (red line), Jupiter and Sun (blue lines) will influence the weather in the northeastern states insuring a warmer and more pleasant beginning to the fall season from New York to Maine all placed at the midheaven of the horoscope or chart. Jupiter and Sun together and in the zodiac sign Libra is a wonderful combination that brings sunny, dry and warm weather. Adding Mars to the mix brings in more heat and more turbulence as Mars can stir up the atmosphere, or try to. Check out the declination graphic and see the Sun and Jupiter lines together at the equator (zero degrees on the graphic). This position on the equator also insures fair weather for the start of the season.
The last line, Pluto (black line), crosses the trio of warm planets, Mars, Jupiter & Sun, indicating that the waters remain warm enough to spawn tropical weather events in this area of the Atlantic which would be unusual in the fall season. Most of the tropical depressions and hurricanes usually spawn in the Caribbean and Gulf waters.
