MAPPING THE PLANETS ACROSS THE USA

SPRING SEASON SOLARMAP
March 19 - June 20, 2008

The solarmap provides a fantastic visual and it is one of the many tools or models used to forecast long range weather. The colored lines representing the planets streaming across the map of the USA provides very important information. Each line represents one of the planets in our solar system; each planet represents a form of weather which could impact the area where it falls. The colored planet line positions are taken from the chart (horoscope) based on the moment the Sun enters the sign of Aries, at the Equinox. The position of the Sun is now at the equator and each day through June 20th it will continue to move north until is reaches the Tropic of Cancer and thus begins a new season.

Solar Map Analysis

The planet lines represent the type of weather that could be dominant for the season, for the area in which it is located. To begin, the aqua planet line Neptune dominates at the west coast of the USA. In general, the influence is one from misty fogs to extreme flooding and the season will unfold with moist and sometimes peculiar weather events from southern California through the state of Washington. Expect storm systems to invade with plenty of moisture.

From the high plains states down through the desert southwest, the brown line of Saturn brings dismal weather problems that will result in headline news. In the north, spring snow and in the south, temperature anomalies are likely.

Moving to the general area of the heartland, Mercury Venus and the Moon are tied together indicating excessive rain and wind. More than average tornado warnings will result and flooding issues particularly in Texas and states north of Texas.

Eastern Texas through the Dakotas are in for a roller coaster ride of weather systems to shake up the status quo.

The southeast states have temporarily recovered from the extreme drought, but as forecast in my winter report, the drying up begins again with the blue Sun line prominent as an indicator of a hot and dry influence.

Along the east coast, the black line of Pluto assures us of intense weather in general, but in this location it may only designate a warmer than average springtime.
