MAPPING THE PLANETS ACROSS THE USA
SUMMER 2008

SUMMER SEASON SOLARMAP
June 20 - September 22, 2008

The solarmap provides a fantastic visual and it is one of the many tools or models used to forecast long range weather. The colored lines representing the planets streaming across the map of the USA provides very important information. Each line represents one of the planets in our solar system; each planet represents a form of weather which could impact the area where it falls. The colored planet line positions are taken from the chart (horoscope) based on the moment the Sun enters the sign of Cancer at the Solstice. The position of the Sun is now at the Tropic of Cancer and each day through September 20th it will continue to move in a southerly direction until is reaches the Equator and thus begins a new season.

Solar Map Analysis

The planet lines represent the type of weather which will influence, but not dictate for the season, for the area in which it is located. To begin, the aqua planet line Neptune dominates at the west coast of the USA. In general, the influence is one from misty fogs to extreme flooding and the season will unfold with moist and sometimes peculiar weather events from southern California through the state of Washington. Expect storm systems to invade with plenty of moisture because Mars (red line) is entwined with Neptune this season. At the desert southwest, the brown line of Saturn brings dismal weather problems that will result in headline news.

Moving to the general area of the heartland, the purpose and orange lines, Mercury and Uranus are indicators of strong to violent winds that spell troublesome storms for Texas and northward. Spring 2008 was accurately forecast to have a more than average tornado season. The summer indications are for more of the same at least for early summer.

Oppressive heat is in store for the southeast states which temporarily recovered from the extreme drought but the drying up begins again. The black line of Pluto streams across the east coast from Florida to Main. Pluto represents extremes of weather. The Pluto line in Florida immediately tells us that there is extreme storm potential during the summer months. The 2008 Hurricane Report is available with 26 weeks of weather bulletins. Offshore, the blue line of the Sun and the green line of Venus will bring in alternately beautiful and very wet weather.
