WASHINGTON, DC Ingress Chart for FALL 2011

The horoscope, the Sun ingress chart, is located for Washington, DC and it is posted for the convenience of the astrologer. However, other locations require a chart with a different location which will give a different weather forecast.

The data on the chart is chosen for the moment of the Sun entering the zodiac sign of Libra at 00:00 degrees and minutes, the birth of a new 3 month long season. A Libra ingress chart for any other location must have the Sun placed at zero degrees of Libra but the location of the planets and the wheel degrees will change. The long range forecasting course offers the analysis of the ingress chart and utilizes the planets, Sun, Moon and the cusps of houses 1 and 4 in the chart. The aspects have a 10 degree orb and the points list displays more tools for the astrologer. The points list includes the actual point/planet, the longitude degrees/minutes, the travel list is the daily movement of the planets, and the declination of the planet is also taken into consideration. Astronomy and astrology go hand in hand in the analysis. Weather forecasting course information is located here: http://weathersage.com/courses.pdf

INTRODUCTION

Has the US Weather Service or the Weather Channel forecast extreme weather for years to come? They are still scratching their heads over the intensity of the weather systems over the past few years. Astrometeorologists do have the advantage. Since the Winter of 2008 this seasonal report has accurately forecast extreme weather conditions. There are more extreme conditions for years to come and the general public should be prepared. That can't be said often enough for so many refuse to believe disaster can happen to them. The extreme changes happening around the globe is a result of similar energy that was produced in the 1960s. For those of you in your 40s, you were born during the 1962s and the current conditions in the world are in a repeating of history mode. Many tried and traditional ways of life are under the gun and what is broken will be fixed - like it or not.

Conventional weather forecasting cannot be based on statistics alone because the elements in our environment shift continuously. The meteorologist's projection and anything longer than their three day forecast which they consider long range simply don't work.

Enjoy this exclusive free weather report based on a system and techniques developed hundreds of years ago and have a high rate of accuracy.

NATIONAL TRENDS FOR FALL 2011 - ACROSS THE USA

REVIEW - NATIONAL TRENDS - SUMMER 2011 - ACROSS THE USA

Storms from Mexico swerved to southwest USA and it was very hot this summer - Accurate

Florida's weekly weather was accurate.

South and East hot temps were oppressive; new records were made - Accurate

In July, the northeast was warmer than expected, the mixed weeks of weather in Aug. and Sept.- accurate.

Tropical storm Irene fulfilled the storm and damage forecast.

NATIONAL TRENDS FALL 2011 ACROSS THE USA
In the northwest USA, the trend will be for difficult and stormy events, more than average as this part of the country can be wet and windy. Seesaw temperatures can be expected to bring thunderstorms as well. Early snowfall in the mountains this fall.

The mid and south west coast is also under the storm's eye but may come in the form of accelerated Santa Ana winds. If the conditions have been very dry, then damaging fires will spring up through a good portion of the west out through Denver. High pressure should block and steer storms over the northern tier of states. High pressure can pump up the heat and the colder fronts coming through can breed wind storms and tornadoes.

Early heat in the falls leads to fog and rain taking over in the southern quarter of the states. Temperatures should be seasonable.

Florida's weather report follows and includes the rest of the hurricane season information.

The northeast is fair for several weeks with mixed weeks of rain and Sun, then early snow in December.

Sections of the Atlantic Ocean will be very windy and will breed more windy tropical storms in September and October. The storms will be more to the south and will travel west to the islands and the Caribbean.

FREE HURRICANE REPORT - FALL WEATHER REPORT FOR FLORIDA from September 20 to November 30, 2011.

The following is an abbreviated version of my May 2011 presentation in Florida, at the Atlantic NCGR chapter, a great group of people - THANK YOU!

The base location is Miami, yet a wider view of the coastal region is seen through a variety of models using solar mapping. The strongest indications for storms and hurricanes falls at the western Mexican coast, including the Baja.(accurate through summer months). Ken Paone (see list of astrometeorologists) has written an extensive article on the 2011 hurricane season for the August issue of Dell Horoscope Magazine and as astrometeorologist colleagues we agree that Mexico will have many tropical events this season.

Part one of the season forecast, June through September, was accurate, right down to the hurricane that formed and developed over Puerto Rico, then named Irene, a storm that held the east coast of the USA captive when it made landfall in New England and brought devastating floods to Vermont. New England, particularly Rhode Island was held captive by National Grid, who was NOT prepared for the trees falling on the wires for electric and cable.

FALL 2011 HURRICANES and weather for FLORIDA Sept 21-Dec 1, 2011

The fall season carries more storm activity for Florida. It is expected as it is the height of the hurricane season and in my opinion the storms continue to develop. My experience over the years leads me to forecast severe weather coming to the area when my models so indicate. Check the following forecasts for further details.

FLORIDA Moon Sept 20 - 26, 2011

Hot and dry and could very well lead to headliner brush fires as well as a heat wave.
A storm/hurricane for Mexico may be sharing the headlines.

FLORIDA New Moon Sept 27 -Oct 2, 2011 - SuperMoon Sept. 27, Perigee Sept 28.

Extreme weather will occur along the east coast of the USA. Two systems are in the forecast this week. A super moon , a phenomenon which enhances or intensifies any storm in the location is in place. Florida's east coast has the potential to take in on the nose, so to speak. Hi level winds, drenching rain and low pressure will dictate the weather. Truly, be prepared for the storm - the aftermath is another story. My models show destruction and fatalities as well. The systems this week will travel. One will be over Puerto Rico and the other has Cuba, the Bahamas and the east coast of Florida in its grip. If the two storms collide, it brings up the image of a 'Perfect Storm'. I draw this observation from the perigee Moon for the Perfect Storm. In these years of extreme weather, the idea is not without merit. Time will tell the results.

Both Ken Paone and I note that another storm brews off the coast of the Baja , MX.

FLORIDA Quarter Moon Oct. 3 - 10, 2011

The wind will be strong in Florida this period. Low pressure development is a possibility. A familiar setup for development of a hurricane also shows up in the Gulf. The moisture laden system is prone to more buildup of rain and a strong flooding event later this period.

FLORIDA Full Moon Oct 11 - 18, 2011

There is a tropical influence for Florida this week. It is a mixed week of weather from heat to a cooling down and strong tropical moisture. Strong breezes to very windy; turbulent weather is expected along with some damage. Ken Paone forecasts a storm for the west coast of Mexico.

FLORIDA Quarter Moon Oct 19 - 25, 2011

High pressure may dominate for part of this week while a storm brews in the Caribbean. Squallish type weather builds later in the week with thunderstorms taking over; typical Florida weather! Some heavy rain may cause damage in some Florida locales. Another mixed week at best.

FLORIDA New Moon Oct 26 - Nov 1, 2011 - SuperMoon, Perigee Oct 26.

Tropical activity is possible in the Gulf, close to the Florida panhandle. Vigorous thunderstorms will prevail. The troublesome pattern of squalls, wind and rain is still in the area.

FLORIDA Quarter Moon - Nov 2 - 9, 2011

Fair weather along with some cloudy days is the good news for the week. Nasty weather in the mid-west may have more tourists flocking to Florida!

FLORIDA Full Moon - Nov 10 - 17, 2011

It could be a bit more chilly for Floridians - great for the tourists. Rain is in the forecast along with electrical thunderstorms. There is a threat of violent weather which hopefully will be offshore. Mexico is under a strong weather watch (west coast)

FLORIDA Quarter Moon Nov 18 - 24, 2011 Perigee Nov 23.

There is an interesting set of front coming to Florida this period. Heavy duty weather events try to coalesce and the result is a period of rain, perhaps nothing more serious than a thunderstorm.

FLORIDA New Moon Nov 25 Solar Eclipse SuperMoon Perigee 2 deg Sagittarius.

The wind will be problematic this period. Rain joins in mid week. The Sun may make an appearance to warm up the air, but it will be a struggle as the hurricane season winds down and officially comes to an end.

NEW ENGLAND & THE NORTHEAST FALL 2011 FORECAST

REVIEW - SUMMER 2011

Review: Accurate - as of this writing, the results are not in for overall temperatures for the summer months.

SUMMER 2011 - Erratic and electrical weather this summer. Overall it will be cooler than normal along with more strong winds. Power outages may be frequent. Rainfall may be scarce at times, heavier at other times. July looks to be more dry and pleasant for vacationers. August brings in more of the mixed weather periods.

FALL 2011 - More dry and pleasant conditions, typical and welcomed for the fall season in New England. Early color comes in with the cooler temperatures. With few stormy weeks, we can enjoy the pleasures of the fall season. The mostly mixed weather weeks will bring sunshine on the up side and needed rain perhaps on the down side but enjoy the 4 weeks of better weeks ahead; the cold and snow of winter comes next.

DISCLAIMER: Weather descriptions in this report are not meant to raise panic, but to only assure you that severe weather is a part of the forecast. It is my intention to alert you to the possibilities and to remind you that some of the storms are localized and preparedness is the key to personal safety. Carolyn Egan

Local Winds Summary for New England,

The winds are never mentioned in popular Almanacs or in the National Weather Service reports. The Almanacs are hard pressed to even mention a hurricane. A model used in this system for forecasting wind velocity can determine the strength of the wind over the course of a period of time. If a high velocity wind indication combines with a weekly storm forecast, the storm is more intense.

Sept 9 - Sept 25 Stronger winds return for fall. Bad winds brewing this month.
Sept 25 - Oct 12 Extreme winds are expected
Oct 13 - Nov 1 Very windy (Oct 28th) periods along with seasonable winds

FORECAST - WEEKLY SUMMARIES for New England and the Northeast

The following forecasts contain weekly summaries describing the weather for each 7-8 day lunar period. Not all weather events are described. Daily forecasts are available - see below.

Tuesday -Quarter Moon Sept 20 - 26, 2011

ACCURATE - A cold front drops in while very hot temps are also in the vicinity. Tropical weather is brewing strongly and the very warm areas will suck in the tropical system. A tricky week to forecast with the many forces of nature at work. Read the free hurricane report at the website for the details in Florida.

Tuesday September 27 - Oct 2, 2011 Super New Moon Perigee Sept. 28

There is a lowered barometer which will bring in rain and dampness. The winds are strong and the Moon is closest to earth this week intensifying the weather. The stormy conditions may stem from the hurricane in Florida.

Monday October 3 - 10, 2011 Quarter Moon 10 Capricorn Leaf Peepers Weekend Oct. 8-10th

The conditions are cooler and very windy. Rain comes in around the 6th and clearing weather will be appreciated for the long weekend. Fair weather indications early on, then chances of rain showers could dampen natures color show. Remnants of the hurricane in Florida may be offshore.

Tuesday October 11 - 18, 2011 Full Moon 18 degrees Aries

It will be cold, dry and be ready for an early frosty period. Strong winds this week, close to extreme.

Wednesday October 19 - 25, 2011 Last quarter 26 degrees Cancer

High pressure will move into the area after early rain. Sunshine will be available peeking through the clouds that move in. Be on the lookout for squallish type weather as the atmosphere is disturbed near the 24-25th.

Wednesday October 26 - Nov 1, 2011 New Moon 3 deg. Scorpio SuperMoon Perigee 26th Hallowe'en Oct. 31st

Rain to open this period. Chilly once again with the wind picking up and blowing the leaves around. Alternate clouds and Sun and looks like rain for many of the Trick 'n Treaters on the 31st so prepare well for the night of goblins and ghouls.

Wednesday November 2 - 9, 2011 Quarter Moon 10 degrees Aquarius

Three cheers for fair weather! Warming up nicely for a few days, then back to some of the wet weather again. A mixed week of weather in the offing.

Thursday November 10 - 17, 2011 Full Moon 18 degrees Taurus

Full Moons are usually dry but this month there may be moisture in the form of rain, fog or mist. There are dry pockets around; let's hope we catch one. There is an opportunity for warm dry air for a part of this week. Look for rain on the 15th.

Friday November 18 - 24, 2011 Last Quarter 26 degrees Leo Perigee Nov. 23 SuperMoon Nov. 25

Thanksgiving Day 24th.
High pressure is in place for warm and sunny days, perhaps with a few clouds. Stormy weather just to the west of us may come our way for part of the holiday period; hopefully the high pressure stays in place. There are several fronts competing for domination.

Friday Nov 25 - Dec 1, 2011 New Moon Solar Eclipse at 2 degrees Sagittarius

Clearing for a better week ahead. Mostly dry and Sunny, a few clouds shouldn't dampen the week. Strong moisture event Dec. 1st.

Friday Dec 2 - 9, 2011 Quarter Moon 10 degrees Pisces

The atmosphere is rather unsettled and turbulent. Warm and cold fronts are competing. Possible snow mid period. Strong winds are a definite Dec. 4th

Saturday December 10 - 16, 2011 Lunar Eclipse Full Moon 18 Gemini

Looks like very good Moon viewing (4 day period) . Misty Moon near the 13th. Colder and snow at the end of the period.

Saturday December 17 - 23, 2011 Quarter Moon 26 Virgo Perigee Dec. 22

Enjoying the snow? More coming. Wintry storm this week.

EXTRA WEEK

Saturday December 24 - 30, 2011 New Moon 2 degrees Capricorn

Rain/snow mix for this week with snow in higher elevations. There is a chance for snow here in New England but it is one of those borderline events in RI.

HINTS FOR WINTER 2011-12 WEATHER IN NEW ENGLAND

It will be a cold winter and there will be plenty of snow over the course of the season. Early snow in December, then later in the season more snow.

According to Webster’s Dictionary, Astrometeorology is defined as the investigation of the relation between the sun, moon, and planets, and the weather. An Astrometeorologist is one who studies and forecasts the weather using Astrometeorology.

The tools of the trade or the models used in this weather report are the charts, maps, and graphs. Take a moment to look at the information and the easy to follow commentary. There is nothing else like it anywhere else.

Recommended - Astrid Fallon creates the most beautiful and informational work on declination. Her Rainbow Ephemeris will please and teach more of the relationship between declination measurement system and classic longitudes. A unique tool to understand the annual planetary phenomena.

ASTROMETEOROLOGY

Astrometeorology, the system used in this report was first practiced about 1,000 years ago by the ancients and improved upon in the days of Kepler and Goad. The 20th century produced more information and technique from George J. McCormack and C. C. Zain. With the advent of computers and the internet, I have improved the methods and can now produce an accurate daily forecast for a location. Through the newly released long range weather course, astrometeorology is being studied on every continent. TERMINOLOGY

*Perigee periods, as noted in the forecasts, occur when the Moon is closest to Earth every month. The trend for weather is toward intensification with the stronger gravitational pull of the Moon on Earth at this time. The tides will be higher and lower than normal near the exact date, plus there will be an increase in the wind activity. When the Moon is at perigee and at the same time it is also a new or full Moon, it is called a 'SuperMoon'.

A syzygy is a situation where three celestial bodies are positioned along a straight line. The term is also applied to each instance of New Moon or Full Moon when Sun and Moon are in conjunction or opposition, even though they are not precisely on one line with the Earth.

**SuperMoon is a term coined by Richard Nolle, Astrologer. He defines the SuperMoon as a perigee-syzygy; namely a new or full moon which occurs at or near (within 90% of) perigee. Check his website for the complete list of SuperMoon dates..
http://www.astropro.com/features/tables/cen20ce/suprmoon.html

Meteorology even with the aid of weather satellites, computers and modern high-speed communication facilities, never will succeed in dealing intelligently with anomalies of weather beyond the actual time and progress of the phenomena.

----George J. McCormack, Astrometeorologist 1965, Fairlawn, NJ

CREATING THE LONG RANGE FORECAST

The long range weather forecast is created using many very old techniques. The ancients were able to forecast weather dating back to texts from the 1500s. Today, Astrometeorologists forecast weather using the Moon’s position in relation to the distance from earth, planetary configurations and natural lunar cycles. The models used by the ancients are recreated and improved upon each year, producing weather reports unlike any other. In addition, a weather website and a weather list are available to everyone. The many features on the website may interest those who enjoy weather information. Look for the free on-line books, and other resources.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Doing something about the weather is possible if you know the forecast months or a year/s in advance. Many corporations pay dearly for the long range information that is available from the company started by Dr. Irving Krick. Check this website to read the books http://www.weathersage.com/texts/boesen2/ and this website to see where his company has gravitated. http://www.planalytics.com/app/corp/start.jsp
